Getting to know some Trini lovely humans from the Gleac community was great. It was especially comforting to learn that a few are like me in not being very active mentors and not actively engaging with the Gleac app and micro practices. Gleac is doing well connecting us in person. The experience could have been better if the interviews had been conducted a little differently. Eg while on the walk we could have all been asked to respond to one question and all took turns to answer. I think that would have sparked some fun laughter and responses. Then walk a bit and then all take turns to respond to a next question listening to each other in the process. Etc. Instead of each person being interviewed with all questions at once. That system was a bit too formal. Maybe the editing will arrange it that way. We ll see.
