I ordered my wheelchair online. The site is full of useful information and easy to use. My wheelchair arrived 3 days later (I ordered late Friday night!) The 2 delivery men were amazing. They were extremely helpful, polite and professional. After setting up my wheelchair I was so impressed. It is so much better than I imagined. The aftercare and insurance and warranty options make this company a must. Will be recommending and using again myself.
