Absolute 5 stars. Brilliant service from Paul. It’s not everyday I get to speak to someone who is so helpful , demonstrates good listening skills and who is knowledgeable in his area of expertise… I really can’t speak highly enough of Paul Mitchell. He was so helpful , provided prompt responses and identified the root cause of the issue today in a timely and efficient manner. I own several properties and in addition run a hmo which can be stressful at times. I don’t believe I’ve received this level of care and understanding previously from any organisation and be given advice on how to resolve this issue.
