Gledhill were brilliant from the start. They were very professional and explained all the options clearly to me. Aaron was the engineer who came to fix the issue, he quickly identified the problem. But not only did he fix it, he also identified other defects that could have caused problems in the near future if left unattended and spared the time to make the necessary repairs.
