Speaking to members of the Gledhill response team was very straight forward and the people I dealt with on the phone were very helpful.When our engineer, Vince, came to fix our problem he arrived on time, was extremely polite, respected our home and explained what he was doing in simple terms that I understood! He is extremely knowledgeable and got our hot water up and running again without any issues. He went above and beyond my expectations making sure the next day that all was well.Thank you Vince.
