I have a museum piece boiler that is 25 years old in a property in Chichester. It will not be replaced as I'm currently renting the property. Say no more! I am considering buying a property in the same block where a "Gledhill" boiler was installed in 2017. How do I know if it is in good order when there is no service history? I guess "Gledhill" couldn't care less as it is not their responsibility. Well the sale of the property will fall through unless the boiler is serviced. If my seller refuses to pay for it, then of course I will not buy the property. Any offers of a replacement boiler, or an inspection of the current one would be appreciated.
