My old boiler of 23 years had stopped giving me hot water so I thought because of the age of it, it might be time for a new one. I called Gledhill and the lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful sorting out my appointment for an engineer to come out to look at my boiler. The man who came was called Scott and he was friendly, knowledgeable about everything he was looking at when I asked him any questions and fitted a new boiler for me. He was very efficient and had it up and running within a few hours. After an over night heat up I had lovely piping hot water and my new boiler works like a dream. My old boiler was in more of a bad way than I realised and it had been leaking and a rusted corroded hole was starting to appear under the old boiler which I could not see. Scott was brilliant at removing the very heavy old boiler out of my 3rd floor apartment alone and out into his van without making any mess on our communal building carpets. I was very thankful for that especially as it could have made a big rusty slushy mess if Scott hadn’t been so careful with the removal. Very happy with Gledhill and my new boiler
