Sam saved the day. After some confusion with the office about the date of fitting the new boiler Sam rang to say he was on his way and gave an ETA ..he was professional, empathetic, and friendly. He fitted the new boiler efficiently and then gave an explanation of what he’d done. Amazed he handled a complicated job single handed but am delighted with result.
