I'm really dissapointed with the service.The technician are always friendly BUT it always takes days to get an appointment and they are very unreliable at keeping appointments! now a month without proper hot water despite several parts exchanged. last visit left me without hot water at all!update: received a call from customer service on Sunday, apologizesed repeatedly and promised to be the first client on Monday. As of now, one and a half hours have elapsed, and no one has shown up!
