We reported a toilet issue on Monday morning. Although the toilet had running water, it was still flushing and usable.An engineer attended on Wednesday and removed a part, leaving the toilet completely unable to flush. My 84-year-old disabled mother has now been left without a functioning toilet.We have not been given any date for repair or resolution, nor have any interim arrangements been offered.Leaving a vulnerable elderly resident without basic sanitation is unacceptable. The lack of urgency and communication is deeply disappointing.I would strongly urge this organisation to review how it prioritises repairs for disabled and elderly residents.
