Absolutely 1st class service. The engineer who attended was Endrit. He was very efficient, pleasant and polite. He explained everything in detail and on completion after restoring the hot water he explained that a part necessary to make the boiler functioning back to good health a heat exchanger would need to be ordered and fitted subsequently. Within minutes of departure he came back with a big grin on his face having found the part that was needed. He then proceeded to take the boiler apart again and it was fixed in a short space of time. I cannot praise your company highly enough from the initial telephone call and the helpful and cheerful lady who arranged a speedy appointment for us through to the happy ending and a job well done.
