I had a new Pulsacoil 150RH boiler installed on Monday, 9 February. Subsequently, I enjoyed a wonderful shower the following morning and was able to wash my dishes with plenty of hot water. So, I just wish to pass on my thanks to Sam, the engineer who installed the boiler who did a fantastic job not only installing the boiler, but giving us training instructions. We have to also point out how courteous and amiable he was throughout our experience. Great job Sam!I would also like to thank everyone at Gledhill who I came in contact with in person and on the phone from the time the fault was reported until the installation of the new boiler. Following my initial phone call to report the fault, an engineer was dispatched the following working day. On his arrival, Rich, the engineer quickly diagnosed the problem and subsequently reported the problem up the chain. His immediate action made it possible for me to place an order and quickly deliver and install my new boiler. The whole experience was handled quite expeditiously and professionally by all Gledhill staff I came in contact with. Thank you Gledhill.
