Our water cylinder was 3 years old when it failed. It had a 5 year warranty. After several months they finally collected the cylinder (I had to pay to have it disconnected) for it to be assessed by their technical department. I then spent several more months chasing them for the report which finally arrived claiming that there was not a manufacturing fault with the cylinder and that they did not know what had caused it to leak but that they were not prepared to replace it under the warranty. Nearly 1 year later we are still without hot water and I will be taking them to small claims court. Do not purchase anything that is manufactured by Gledhill. You have been warned.
