I’ve given a 5* because ultimately I was v pleased but would have given 4.5 if I could . This only because when I rang the service centre the initial call handler was v negative and not easy to deal with. However, I rang back and from there on the service was superb. The 2nd caller handler was helpful, positive and made immediate arrangements for a call out ( the boiler is my 87 yr old fathers) and the engineer who did the job was brilliant. Thorough , chatty and explained the issue and fixed promptly and gave me advice on future potential problems . In fact if I could I’d give him 6* personally. So overall very good and I’d be happy to recommend them to family and friends
