I started taking these and I’m almost done with the first bottle. At the same time I really started dialing in on my nutrition. I have lost weight and my stomach is way flatter. Whether that’s from one or the other, or both. I’d recommend if you use these to also watch your nutrition with it. Overall I’m happy and will keep taking them.
