I really hoped these supplements worked. After suffering premenopausal symptoms for a while and having tried other supplements that didn’t help, I decided to give these a go. Have persevered with 3 jars but have not seen or felt any difference. Very disappointed as I had high hopes for these. Oh well, back to square one
