If it were possible, I would give no stars! Beware of this seller! If your package is stolen, they won't provide a replacement or refund, even if you pay for the no worry fee. They expect you to file a police report and jump through hoops. I reached out to them in disbelief. They know no one will go through that hassle for a stolen item. The no worry fee may be small, but it’s the principle! Their delivery service is unprofessional, leaving my package unattended at my building's front door without any notification. Living in NYC, that's a recipe for theft! To qualify for the no worry fee, they want a police report, a letter from my landlord, and a letter from their unreliable carriers. I had packages stolen before from other companies and they handled it swiftly without all these demands. I regret not reading reviews beforehand.
