Very long shipping time. Horrible customer service. My lenses were ordered as "reader" magnification and when they arrived I could not see out of them at all. After several weeks of going back and forth with them, they refused to refund or replace them. Additionally, I've since tried to log onto their website and I get a warning about a non-secure site, and flagged as Malware.
