My son had been asking for this training program for a year. We finally got it for him this Fall. It's an excellent way for any lacrosse player to practice new drills on their own. It has really motivated my child to play independently. He was unsure about what to do each day, but now he looks forward to new drills daily. The program includes a well-organized schedule and helpful videos for each drill. The owner is very knowledgeable and was great at answering our questions about the program. I highly recommend it!
