The product does not match the description at all. I contacted customer service to report that the head does not rotate as advertised; it only vibrates. They are asking for video proof, but I can't send it due to file size limitations. They won't provide a way for me to upload it. This is a mess, and I believe the product is either faulty or misrepresented. I want a refund. After reaching out again, there has been no response. Save your time and money; do not purchase from this company.
