I understand the impact it would have ONE star as a business owner but there is no excuse to be sensible and work with your customer needs especially when a customer makes a large order. I have purchased two items which both are same products but categorised in different name. there was no sufficient description to identify what each product contains. Regardless of sufficient information presented or not, I advised Glide support team as soon as received products without opening any of the packages and I've requested refund for the one of the items since honest mistake was made during placing an order for duplicate product. It appears Glide Support team are not reasonable team to deal with, and money driven rather solution mindset. I would recommend being cautious when placing orders as they will not practice their return policy and if they do, they intend to offer disappointing % which I found an offensive offer.
