I bought the S2 Glide monitors for 14"…

I bought the S2 Glide monitors for 14" screens with 2 extra screens. Fit them to my work computer and found that it requires x2 USB-C ports for the screens to work. My computer only has x2 USB-C ports and they're used for: 1. power. 2. internet connection via multi-port system. Needed to drive work soft wear. Contacted Glide immediately to let them know and have been getting the run around. At this point about to make a complaint to the ACCC and contact my bank. I swear they're drawing it out due to the timing on their returns policy. So by the time it's returned it falls past their timeframe.Now I've paid a fortune for 2 extra screens I can't use.
