sent a pair of ski boots back under warranty, they failed to tell us to put 3 copies of the invoice on the outside of the package , the parcel was to be returned to us by ups but followed the tracking number everyday until it turned out the parcel had been left unattended on the front of our house 10 days previous. glisshop now gone aloof and saying they are trying to get ups to agree a claim etc, no customer service no thoughts about me not having any boots to go skiing with , this company is a joke , court proceedings to follow
