The service from Glo was great, it was easy to organise, chose treatments and pay. We had a variety of facials, massages and mani-pedis for a hen party group and the majority were pleased with their treatments. They sourced professional equipment/ products and even set the mood with relaxing music. Unfortunately, one of our group was asked by her therapist during her pedicure if she cut her own toenails drunk as they weren't straight which was quite rude and left our friend quite embarrassed. I don't know if the therapist was trying to be funny but it was unnecessary and unprofessional. Overall I would recommend Glo, but perhaps not that particular therapist!
