I definitely do NOT recommend signing up. glo.com and yogaglo.com are PREDATORY. As a yoga business you'd think they are a kind, heartfelt company that cares about people but turns out they are the opposite. (And it's not just me, see their Trustpilot reviews under yogaglow.com) I'm so sad to learn this about a company I thought was decent. :(Thought I canceled (years ago) but saw the bill on my credit card for $245 and immediately reached out. (I would never have signed up for something that expensive (I think it was a "special" offer I canceled, but the cancelation "didn't go through").I haven't used it in years. I reached out the day after the payment was processed. Doesn't matter to them. They refuse to refund anything! What's worse, it's a digital product. Glo.com has lost nothing in refunding my money. Seems so terribly shady. I can't recall such bad customer experience with a company. If you cancel with Glo.com, be sure to make a record of that for YOUR files, triple-check that you cancel your plan & remove your Credit Card WELL before the plan renews... or better yet... choose a company with a moral compass that actually cares about people and their well-being. If you're in the same spot, I recommend you contest the bill with your credit card company ASAP.
