Post-payment, I was repeatedly informed that “visa decisions are not under their control” and that they would “do their best,” which was not how the service was initially presented. I was informed by the platform that there was no issue with my content. While I do not blame the platform, it highlights that potential clients should be aware that online reviews may not always reflect current client experiences, especially for high-risk services like immigration consultancy. I highly recommend checking multiple sources before making a decision.
