Awful customer support. I needed a refund for a transfer that couldn’t be credited to my account. After two weeks, 23 emails, countless chats through messaging apps, and hours wasted, I still haven’t received my refund. They claimed the receiving account couldn’t accept the transfer, but I was able to send money instantly from my own account, proving them wrong. They fail to answer basic questions and often ignore inquiries for days. Zero stars.
