Global books publishing was paid to do the format and edit my book and then return my manuscript It came back to me with no page numbers I told them and he sent it back with the page numbers but a water mark over the whole manuscript he said it was to protect the book but that made no sense how can I publish it with that watermark I did not ask for. This was done after I told them I can't afford to pay $999 for copy write I told them I will do it myself that's when the underhandedness started, I spoke to a supervisor, and he says there is no issue on his end suggesting that its my fault now I have to plug in page numbers myself because they refuse to help me. And I'm not sure how to do that. He said he will take care of it but as of today has not. he didn't even offer a discount. I paid $650 for this service, and I have to do some of their work. NOT FAIR. I also did a video and posted it to my YT channel. I believe this is happening because I told them I will not be using their service for the copywrite and website I just don't have that much money, and everyone knows you don't need to charge $1000 for copywrite. that is WAY TOO Much I feel I am being punish and have to do the work that I paid them to do. I just want to bless the world with my book. I must say the work they did do looks really good. But that is no reason to slow down my book launch!!
