They were very helpful throughout the editing and formatting process. I may consider using them again for my future projects (I have 6 total; 3 already written). However, it took over 6 weeks to get my books ordered through them. I paid for distribution to over 50 platforms, but after 6 weeks, I'm only on one. When I inquired, they kept insisting I was on other platforms (but wouldn't provide a list). I check the known platforms daily and still find no presence. Update: I was contacted and will receive the list of platforms in 4 weeks. I may adjust my review based on future experiences.
