Update: On 29 July 2025 I've received my 60% refund (£252.90) as agreed after long discussion with the support team. To be honest, provided materials has helped me to pass my ITIL4 Foundation exam (with 98%), but overall I had to overpay and buy same track from PeopleCert to get my exam voucher (costed me another $580). My advice is to check with their team about voucher system status before buying any trainings where the voucher is included.I paid the full amount of £421.50 by credit card for the ITIL® 4 Foundation with Official Exam Voucher Included. The order was made on 25 November 2024, and the Exam voucher request was placed on 31 March 2025. At present, I have still not received the voucher I've paid for. Support only replied that they have issues with the voucher system, but I still can't get any adequate response for the issue resolution time and can't get a refund.
