Absolutely terrible experience!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Our claim for trip interruption has been denied multiple times. What frustrates me the most is that I contacted the support team before our trip to confirm if a situation like this would be covered, and they assured me it would be. Unfortunately, the very scenario we inquired about occurred, and now they are rejecting our claim. We were on a cruise and arranged a tour with an independent operator at one of our stops. Due to storm ‘Amy’, the port was canceled. When we asked the insurance representative if a canceled port would affect our non-refundable tour, they confirmed it would be covered. So, we went ahead and booked the non-refundable tour before our trip. Now, they refuse to pay, and even after appealing, they keep denying the claim. We provided the dates of our calls, knowing they record all conversations, yet they denied it anyway. They also claimed we hadn’t paid at least 75% of the trip on our card when we actually paid 100% and provided them with receipts and statements. This company is unacceptable. It's best to steer clear of them.
