They Didn't send me the eticket. I send them,email .They reply my email your tickets is not confirmed. I phone again and ask them ,why you didn't send me eticket, I paid you all amount. They say someone call you.i wait for 4 hours, they didn't call me.I again call them,then someone talk with me,he tell me new story, he say you need to pay for baggage,per person £299 pounds.i tell him,when I buy ticket on your website Luggage is included. But he say it is not true. Then I say him okay Refund My money, he say we didn't Refund The Money, I say,Why,he say we tell you latter.i say him if you didn't refund me i informed my bank and also polic.he reply ,do anything. I say okay.I send them email, if you didn't refund my money, in 24 hours I informed my bank and police and also put Review in Trustpolit. Next day they email me we Refund your money in 24 hours. So,I got my money back,but everyone be carefull to buy the tickets from these company. After you paid,They gave you BIG Shock.
