This is a scam site! The customer service is extremely poor, and I went several days without a response. I did not receive return tickets and was left stranded with my young children in DC. I haven't received a refund or return ticket yet, and I will be pursuing reimbursement for tickets, rentals, and extra days stranded in DC.
