I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Global India Express Courier Service, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter to warn others about their terrible customer service and alleged fraudulent practices. I sincerely hope that this review prevents anyone else from enduring the frustration and loss that I experienced.To begin with, the level of customer service provided by Global India Express was abysmal. Their representatives were unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in resolving any issues. Multiple attempts to reach their customer support went unanswered, leaving me in the dark and feeling helpless about the fate of my package.However, the real shock came when I discovered that the company was allegedly involved in fraudulent activities. Several reputable sources and numerous online reviews suggested that Global India Express Courier had been engaged in intentional non-delivery of items. It became apparent that my package was not an isolated case; numerous customers had faced similar problems, leading to significant financial losses and emotional distress.I booked the services for Canada and they took a huge amount from me by promising the goods will be delivered safely which never happened. Infact Packet was opened and items were missing. On checking the same, their representative Jaiprakash who doesn't know how to speak with the customer abused me. I booked the services for Alberta but they asked me to collect the same from Toronto or forget the items.This is very unprofessional courier service and their representatives are thieves.There was no attempt to address the mounting concerns raised by affected customers or take any responsibility for their actions. It seemed as if they were deliberately evading any form of communication or resolution. The combination of their nonchalant customer service, alleged fraudulent practices, and failure to deliver items has left me feeling cheated and deeply dissatisfied.
