Dont fall for them. I had to use their service because i dint get anyone else to pick up the item from my home. They charged me 1500 for transferring a 3kg UPS from delhi to bangalore with a promise that it shall be delivered within 5 days. Its already 12 days and I still haven't received my item. There website is not updated, staff is unaware and non responsive and totally customer ignorant policies. They dont care. Highly unprofessional behaviour. They dont reply to mails, they dont pick call, they dont call back. Waste of time.
