We found another service and had an initial consultation. They charged us a considerable fee for a skilled visa application. They sent us a one-time read-only contract and rushed us into signing it without allowing us to review it. They then provided a payment schedule but became unresponsive when we needed assistance. We struggled to gather the necessary references, but they were unhelpful. After weeks of this, they informed us they couldn't assist with our student visa inquiry either, yet they continued to demand payment for services not rendered. Now, we are facing legal action for payment, despite reading other reviews indicating this company is inactive and has many complaints. I regret ever engaging with them!
