Mediocre service. My first interaction with the staff was pleasant, but their service leaves much to be desired. It took about 5 days for my funds to show up on their platform a couple of months ago. I requested a withdrawal on December 8 and received it 7 days later. They assured me it wouldn't take more than 2 or 3 days. Their communication could use improvement. Mediocre service.
