Service could use improvement. My first interaction with the staff was enjoyable, but their service does not meet expectations. It took around 5 days for my funds to show up on the platform a couple of months back. I requested a withdrawal on December 8 and received it 7 days later, despite being told it should take no more than 2 or 3 days. Communication could definitely be better. Overall, average service.
