The answer was they already sent it out. LOL, right, this is NY and they had more than a minute. The next communications were a bit rocky. In the interest of making a long story shorter, it ended with an offer to send the requested change item at no charge. Wow!! An incredibly nice thing to do! This is also quintessential NY, folks!
