I felt misled when I was presented with a contract at the last minute, just before the pool installation, leaving little time for proper review or negotiation.Throughout the process, I found it difficult to receive timely and respectful communication. Once I became a client, the level of customer service noticeably declined, and I often had to advocate strongly to receive basic attention. Additionally, the pricing did not align with the promotional offers initially advertised, which felt misleading and manipulative.I am a veteran, and I regret placing my trust in this process and urge others not to succumb to high-pressure sales tactics. Trust must be earned through honesty and transparency, not taken for granted through misleading practices. Due to the seriousness of these issues, I have decided to pursue this matter further with legal counsel.
