The purchase and shipping part went great, but UPS failed to follow the delivery instruction, and the package got stolen, Global Test Supply was too lazy to file a claim with UPS and I had to have the credit card company reverse the charge so I could buy from a responsible company instead. When I sent an email to the company to let them know, and have them file a claim with UPS (UPS would not allow me the recipient to file a claim, they said it had to be the sender), they only read the first sentence of the email and responded, without reading the other three sentences, after having to send additional emails to get them to read all four sentences, I got one coherent response, so I sent them an image of the door with the delivery instructions on it, a copy of the alarm log showing that the person who's signature the UPS driver had forged was not at the building at the time of the delivery, and a video clip form the cameras showing exactly what happened. However, after that I have received no response, they have only ghosted me, so I finally had the credit card company reverse the charge and purchased the product from a different company.
