UhiVery rude. Very unprofessional. I spoke with a guy Korean/Chinese /Japanese accent. Very pathetic for someone serving client. With some high pitched yelling and not even listening while I inquired about my Visa application. I had to use a different website. I don't see how they help with this kind of employee.
