It’s my first time to buy an entry visa from GVC web and unfortunately the flight route of those two countries are disconnected so as a result it should be clear to the GVC team that it’s NOT me changed my mind and cancel my plan to travel but it’s the SITUATION of those two counties, and I was trying to explain the situation of my cancellation and request my refund of $280. So since that time I try to call to GVC # on the website and email them several times but no body trying to help and solve the issue and the phone is not answered even 4 times dropped my call and still trying to contact the team.
