Okay, I went and explained. A Globbing employee brought the parcel out open.Although according to the rules they should open it in my presence, or the customs officers should do it in a protocol. I made a note, checked the contents—everything was fine.When I received it at the office, there was a shortage. I wrote to support—they kept blaming me for a month. In the end, I got the usual run-of-the-mill response. - " The cameras didn't show it, and the employee denied it."Everything happened at the customs window. The most filmed place. But corporate interests are more important to them than image and the truth.There won't be a third time, and I advise everyone to avoid this campaign.
