Globbing has the worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with. My parcel is already 5 days late, and every time I call, all I hear is “sorry, I can’t help you.” They can’t even contact their own driver to check when the delivery will happen. Absolutely useless support – no updates, no real answers, just constant apologies. I’ve been calling every single day, and the only thing they tell me is to “wait until the barcode appears.” This is beyond frustrating. If a company can’t track its own deliveries or provide clear communication, what’s the point of having customer service at all?
