I typically refrain from writing negative reviews, but I feel it's necessary to share my experience for the benefit of others. I ordered a large quantity of tissue paper and was appalled to find many packs appeared to have been wet and dried, leading to sheets being stuck together and unusable. The order arrived three days post-dispatch, but given the condition of the product, it’s unlikely the damage occurred during transit, as claimed by the seller. Their customer service response was unhelpful, shifting blame and expecting me to handle returns at my own expense. This has revealed serious issues with product quality control and customer service. I hope this review helps others avoid similar issues.
