I haven't received any shipping information, just their claim that they can't locate my order, even after providing them with the order number and screenshots of the confirmation and withdrawal from my account. The company uses a platform for delivery updates, and all I see is 'waiting for details.' I've sent multiple emails but received no response regarding my product or a refund.
