Your sea glass advent calendar is not made of sea glass as advertised. It is constructed from cheap plastic. I ordered two—one for myself and another as a gift. I will not be giving it as a gift due to embarrassment. I paid $30 each and feel deceived based on your advertisement. I would not recommend this product. Extremely dissatisfied.
I ordered some adorable woodland animal ornaments that appeared to be furry, three-dimensional, and well-crafted. They weren't inexpensive but looked worth the price. What I received were flat acrylic ornaments with just a picture of the animal! I hope to return them for a refund. If they’re uncooperative, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.
The woodland ornaments advertised are basically cheap cardboard cutouts that can be found elsewhere for a fraction of the price. I paid three times that amount, and the product is misrepresented on their site. This company is a scam—do not order from them. Their refund policy is also misleading. They offered only $8 on a $75 purchase and make returns very difficult. I am reporting this to my bank as a scam. BEWARE!
If it were possible, I would rate them a 0. Nowhere in the description or images does it indicate these are made from anything other than sea glass. One style was a flat, smashed rubber product, and the other resembled a shrinky-dink. You know, the plastic you draw on and bake to shrink? How embarrassing for me and my child to give these as gifts. We purchased three sets and spent over $100. I sent an email requesting a refund, but to no avail. Complete garbage!
This company is a scam. None of their products resemble their advertisements. Their 'real' dog, rabbit, and cat 'robots' don't look, act, or move anything like their ads. It's a scam that lures you in and makes the return process nearly impossible. DO NOT PURCHASE!
I was astounded by the level of false advertising regarding the sea glass advent calendar. The description stated real sea glass, and the packaging showed pieces of sea glass. What I received were plastic-coated images of sea glass shaped like a Christmas tree. A total rip-off. Never buy from them.
