Loaded all relavent info. Reveived after a couple of months an odd notification that a signature is not clear. No customer service. No option to change/add signature. Had written multiple emails and to help assistance and havent heard back after over two months of writing to them. Feels like a SCAM.

The duration of the process is far too lengthy. After submitting my bank details and being informed that the payment would occur within 14 days, I only received an email today confirming that my details are uploaded and complete. Now, I have to wait an additional two weeks. This situation is unacceptable. It has been 16 days, and I want my money immediately.
