I purchased a cashmere sweater and when it came, the quality was terrible. I emailed them requesting a refund and to confirm the process of returning the item. They acknowledged my email twice and then all communication stopped. I'm lead to believe, Glovera is based in England but using an Australian Web address. The price is in Australian dollars however, the actual transaction is in their currency which is double the price, pounds.I believe, they may be buying things from Temu (noting the quality) and reselling it.Do not buy anything from this company. Very dodgy.
